Premesso che:

Wednesday, October 27 was presented officially citizens of Casalserugo Bridge and the "project of restoration and enhancement of Lot A of the landfill Ponte San Nicolò". Citizens,

in the month of October we received the paper "The Administration" with which the current junta announced the choices and the working for all citizens. Before entering into details, it seems the case, and we repeat once again, to emphasize that the administration sheet is closed to the participation of members minority because (according to the junta) is communication only, it is really obvious and clear to everyone that it is used for propaganda by the Mayor at the expense of citizens.

8. a program agreement with the Veneto Centre Services for the extension of the drainage system by way of Ca Ferri, Via Dante, west side of Via Cavour for a total of about 2.5 km and a charge of 1300 € .000;

is not make matters worse, but simply to call things by their name!

We come now to the questions:

Ci risulta che in due anni e mezzo le sue “amicizie” ci abbiano consentito di farci ottenere solo 200.000 euro dalla Regione per la pista ciclabile Casalserugo-Bertipaglia (su cui per altro insisteva un precedente accordo di programma) e 50.000 euro dalla commissione bilancio della camera che sono stati destinati al parcheggio davanti alle scuole medie inferiori.

Dispiace dover intervenire con una punta di polemica, ma il bilancio di questi due anni e mezzo di amministrazione il Sindaco non pare certo entusiasmante, almeno per quanto riguarda investimenti proiettati al miglior servizio per i cittadini. Tante feste e festine, tanti sorrisi non sempre sinceri, ma fatti .... pochi.

Il Sindaco va ripetendo ad ogni occasione quanto grande sia la responsabilità degli amministratori precedenti in relazione al mancato rispetto del Patto di Stabilità interno degli Enti Locali dell’esercizio finanziario 2007. Usa questo ritornello ogni volta che gli fa comodo addossare ad altri le generiche e gravi conseguenze per le attuali difficoltà finanziarie del comune.

I danni enormi, materiali e morali, sono il segno del difficile equilibro idro-geologico del nostro territorio. Il gruppo si attiverà per la ricerca della verità sulle cause che hanno provocato l'alluvione allo scopo di scongiurare per il futuro altri catastrofici eventi. I consiglieri saranno vicini ai cittadini per ottenere giusti risarcimenti per i danni occorsi a famiglie, strutture, abitazioni ed aziende. Ringrazia quanti hanno contribuito ad alleviare i disagi degli alluvionati: i giovani e la rete di solidarietà e informazione in FACEBOOK ed internet, semplici cittadini per aiuto alle pulizie degli ambienti, volontari della protezione civil, military, army, police, firefighters, Scouts, the Caritas, the parishes and Casalserugo Ronchi and many anonymous citizens with donations of money, materials for cleaning, clothing, food and basic necessities.

Facendo riferimento all’incontro del 01.12.2009 avvenuto con una delegazione di questa O.S., nel quale erano state trattate le diverse problematiche relative al servizio espletato sull’autostrada A/6 To-Sv, durante il periodo invernale, si rappresenta che:

OGGETTO: Riconoscimento indennità di Ordine Pubblico, per tutti gli operatori che prestano servizio in autostrada A/6 To-Sv durante l’attuazione del c.d. “Piano Neve” .

Facendo seguito alla nota di questa organizzazione sindacale prot. 06/09 S.P. del 18.01.2009, rappresento che:
- come già rappresentato in passato, vi è una condizione di estremo pericolo per gli operatori della Polizia Stradale che effettuano servizio sull’autostrada A/6 To-Sv, quando in caso di abbondanti ed eccezionali nevicate viene attuato il c.d. “Piano Neve”.
- in tali circostanze, i Poliziotti della Specialità mettono a repentaglio la propria incolumità personale dovendo operare “appiedati” per poter filtrare ed incolonnare a cavallo tra la corsia di emergenza e quella di marcia (per quanto concerne il point of accumulation of Priero - southbound carriageway) or diverted in the area located 114 km to the north, "Piazzale Casale Fields", means having a mass exceeding 7.5 tonnes, then wait for the departure of the "snow" before the convoy formed by these heavy vehicles.
