Many other stories are waiting for us in November: Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces, Aries and Taurus, just to stay in the Zodiac, and yet the stories of Hercules, Orpheus and dell'Auriga, the savior of Zeus. Just
the giant planet Jupiter will be the star of the observation at the telescope, being in these months very close to Earth, and even our neighbor in space, the Andromeda Galaxy, to "only" 2 million light years away , while to the west of the Milky Way is about to go down giving us an appointment at the next summer.
The fables of the sky will be told by the geologist Henry Neck; Andrea Mantero telescope will reveal the wonders of the starry sky.
An evening suitable for children or people who at least once looked up at the stars asking for their name. Program:
- at 21: We meet at the pool area Municipal Cuneo - Ice artificial skiing
- 21.15: Walking sticks with free and NW (provided by the Center) under the stars along the bike path of Chalk River.
- 21.45: telescopic observations.
- 23.00: return (for those who want to pursue the possibility of astronomical observations)
