City Council requested by the opposition.
1. Establishment of a special commission to recommend called the "Commission management assistance to individuals, families and businesses affected by flooding" in order to define the criteria for distributing aid from donations received and, if necessary, for the distribution of advances;
2. Election of members of the "Commission management assistance to individuals, families and businesses affected by flooding;
3. Decides to address the City Council to give due warning to the public prosecutor in order to identify any that have caused serious RESPONSIBILITY damage and inconvenience to the people in the flood of 2/11/2010 with the breaking of the bank to Roncajette.
