The SIAP is always working to increase the "purchasing power" of the salaries of colleagues.
In this sense, the initiative should be read to compute the "shift change" paid even if the changes to the original shifts (see: the second and above) are planned.
Here is the letter sent:
SUBJECT: Proper allocation of allowances shift change.
This calls for the OS recognized the right to payment of the shift change (paid) when the purpose of programming the weekly staff employed in both continuous and non-continuous shift is called upon to perform for the second time in the same week a different turn from that which would had to play according to the normal joint, as indicated by the explanatory circular of 08 March 2010 to nr.557/RS701711370461 new ANQ signed on July 31, 2009.
It is therefore considered necessary to counter falling exchange rate shifts in the series above as from dell'ANQ transposition in order to conform to the employees what is due of law.
