Ennio Montesi: "Italy colony of the State of the Vatican"

Secularism in Italy does not exist. Italy is a colony of the Vatican State. Probably, Italy is an unprecedented and frightening state of Catholic fundamentalism. Almost all Italian parliaments and governments are subservient. I think politically they have sold their Italian citizens to the State of the Vatican, as if they were a herd of cows to be milked and can kill at will, bartering the rights, autonomy, democracy, freedom and sovereignty of the Italian people in change seats and power.
A curious schizophrenia, living a totally secularized world, where - see the news in recent months - everything is reduced to a commodity with a fundamental ideals that would bring under control every aspect of our lives, from the conception to death. How do they live in the second questi aspetti?
Infatti sono elementi che non possono convivere tra loro. Prima o poi la corda sociale si spezzerà poiché è già molto tesa essendo i gerarchi vaticani sempre più percepiti dai cittadini come nemici della democrazia, della libertà e dei diritti umani. La politica ed i mass media fanno di tutto per proteggere l’immagine ormai degradata e a volte ridicola dei sacerdoti, vescovi, cardinali e suore, che propagandano, con arroganza e violenza sociale, leggende e superstizioni medievali che ormai si stanno sfaldando da sole.
Una delle cose che come giornale ci caratterizza è quella di aver sempre expressed strong opposition to Vatican interference in public life and privacy of individuals. I think this is one of the causal elements of our condition of marginality?
