Thank you for sending the Report of the Committee of Management who also forwarded for information to the group leaders of the opposition members that I represent.
Complaint that has been undertaken in the appointment of an office within the same committee as a clear defect formal notice of meeting.
Having received a written invitation to the hours 16.30 and having submitted in good time, is the nest that the town hall, it remains clear that the notice of postponement of the meeting has not reached me in time and useful form.
I was told, tailoring, that the statement I was done with voice mail message stored in the phone mode, not covered by any municipal regulation to my knowledge.
I would have expected the same meeting that is delayed or, at least, were suspended agendas leading to decisions by majority vote, nothing on the other hand, indicates the minutes of the regular meeting. I reserve the right to formalize
this claim by assessing the actions that the City will undertake.
